Jim opened the business meeting at 7PM. 30 members present.
The club bylaws allow for Associate Members up to 15% of the club membership.

"That any computer club members from outside the Apache Wells CC can hold membership up to the level short of Vice-President".
Carried
Until the February business meeting Carolyn Agee remains official Secretary of the club.
Lavina Bump assured the members that the club is solvent.
